The failure made and effect analysis is a kind of synthetic analysis technology, mainly used to analyze and identify possible failure modes that may arise from process production or product manufacturing process as well as effects of such failure modes on quality of products so as to purposely work out control actions, which will effectively reduce risks in process production and product manufacturing processes so as to solve one key problem with production process of products: May there be errors in product production and processes making products unable to give full play to originally designed functions?
